What makes Hunza Souvenirs different?
We are a Hunza-based online brand bringing together authentic foods, women-made handicrafts, textiles, wooden pieces, gemstones and gifts in one carefully curated experience. Clear information, human support and genuine connection to origin matter more to us than becoming an endless marketplace.
Why are your prices higher than some alternatives?
Mountain produce and handmade work are naturally limited in volume. Our prices reflect careful sourcing, skilled labour, responsible handling, quality sorting, protective packing and dependable order support. Rather than competing only on the lowest price, we price each item to preserve its quality, origin and the value of the work behind it.
Are your dried apricots treated with sulphites?
No. Our Hunza apricots are naturally grown and sun-dried without added sulphites, artificial colour or preservatives. Natural batches can therefore vary in colour, size and softness.
Is crystallised honey still good to eat?
Yes. Crystallisation is a natural feature of pure honey and does not mean it has spoiled. Place the closed jar in gently warm water and stir once softened. Avoid boiling the jar.
Which honey should I choose?
Choose Robinia for a light, delicate floral taste; Russian Olive for a deeper and distinctive blossom character; and Machee Herbal Honey for a fuller, layered herbal profile.
How quickly do you deliver across Pakistan?
Delivery time depends on destination, courier conditions and product availability. We confirm the practical timeframe during checkout or order confirmation and share tracking when dispatched.
Do you offer same-day delivery in Hunza?
For visitors staying at selected central Hunza hotels, same-day delivery may be available depending on stock, hotel location and order time. Message us on WhatsApp before ordering so we can confirm.
Can I order more than 20 units?
Yes. Retail product pages support quantities up to 20. For larger or recurring requirements, use the wholesale inquiry so we can confirm stock, packing, schedule and volume terms.
How do made-to-order handicrafts work?
After the design, colour and relevant details are confirmed, a 50% advance begins production. The usual production estimate is approximately 14 working days, followed by delivery time.
Why can handmade products vary slightly?
Small differences in stitching, placement, colour tone and finish are natural signs of handwork. A significant departure from the confirmed design is different and should be reported.
What is the Hunza Souvenirs gemstone certificate?
It is a numbered commercial authenticity certificate issued by Hunza Souvenirs for an eligible gemstone. It records the item sold and our guarantee; it is not presented as an independent gemological laboratory report.
What happens if a gemstone is found to be fake?
If a recognised independent gemological laboratory determines that an eligible stone is not genuine or is materially different from our description, we review the claim under our Authenticity Guarantee. The exact stone, invoice, original certificate and laboratory report are required.
How does Find My Birthstone work?
Choose a birth month to see its commonly recognised primary and alternative birthstones. Traditional meanings are presented as cultural symbolism, not medical or scientific effects.
Do you supply retailers, hotels and corporate gifting teams?

What if my parcel arrives damaged or incorrect?
Photograph the parcel, shipping label and affected item and contact us within seven days of delivery. We review documented damage, leakage, missing items and fulfilment errors under our refund and replacement policy.
